The British broadcaster is arranging to mark Donald Trump's trip to the UK with what it describes as "the longest uninterrupted sequence of false statements, inaccuracies and distortions ever broadcast on television". The feature, titled Trump v The Truth, will display more than 100 of Trump's lies or misleading statements. This includes untrue assertions ranging from the price of eggs to offensive falsehoods about American expenditure on condoms for Hamas.

However, for the sake of fairness, it's fitting to acknowledge that not everything from the former president is false. Sometimes, Trump proves to be unexpectedly perceptive. Recently, footage spread online featuring Trump telling participants at a event at one of his golf clubs: "Educated folks aren’t fond of me, you know?" He added: "They also aren’t pleased with what we discuss." No inaccuracies found there.

Educated folks dislike me, you know? They also disapprove of what we address.

Additionally, Trump has shared his thoughts on the outcome of his eternal spirit. Last month, during a Tuesday morning, the ex-leader allegedly said that he is trying to end the war in Ukraine so that the divine can save him a spot in heaven. "I wish to try and get to heaven, assuming it's attainable," he noted. "I’m hearing I’m not doing well. I am really at the lowest point of the ranking." Even though it's unrealistic to confirm the specific placement Trump stands on a higher power's queue, many would acknowledge that his evaluation looks correct.

Trump has also been blunter about the electoral system than some of his those who came before. During his campaign for president in 2015, he straightforwardly stated that he had used his money to influence politicians. "I gave to many people earlier," he stated at a Republican candidates’ debate. "And believe it or not, when I want something from them down the line … I reach out. They are there for me. That’s a broken system." More accurate statements have rarely been stated; definitely not by Trump personally.
